The present invention relates to a portable system for supporting a sea pilot showing a sea pilot an appropriate sailing route velocity through a portable mobile terminal for safe navigation or berthing of a ship at narrow waters or a harbor and instructing hazard items in advance. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the portable system for supporting a sea pilot by collecting and analyzing navigating area information includes: a server for collecting and analyzing navigating area information which collects navigating area information and generates navigation information by analyzing the navigating area information; a sea pilot terminal which extracts the navigation information received from the server for collecting and analyzing navigating area information and transmits a navigation record of a positioned actual navigating route to the server for collecting and analyzing navigating area information.
