Suggested are a cable feeding system and a method thereof. Fluctuation air pressure cylinders fluctuate successively from the front end to the back end in a direction vertical to a cable direction. And then, a thick cable is gradually moved forwards so that the breakage of the cable due to tension can be prevented compared to an existing roller-type feeding apparatus. Thereby, the breakage of the cable due to a strong tensile force can be prevented in cable installation. Also, an efficient process can be carried out even though a communication method is not smooth in the installation of a cable in a complicated pine line.
