LED SEARCHLIGHT OF HIGH LUMINOUS INTENSITY STRUCTURE FOR SHIPS |
摘要 |
The present invention relates to an LED searchlight for ships with a high luminous intensity structure. The LED searchlight comprises: a case which has a space inside and an opened front portion; a central panel which is arranged within the case and comprises a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) integrated to focus and emit light sources frontward; a plurality of side panels which are connected to the central panel with an interval of an equal angle at edge portions of the central panel with a sloping angle (&thgr;) between the side and central panels, and comprise a plurality of LEDs integrated to focus and emit light sources frontward, so the light sources can be overlapped with the light sources from the central panel; and a cover which is coupled to the front portion of the case to cover the front portion, and comprises a penetration panel transparent for the light sources from the central and side panels to penetrate through. According to the present invention, a central panel and the side panels are connected with a sloping angle (&thgr;) between the side and central panels to focus the light sources radiated from the side and central panels naturally; the structure of the LED searchlight can thus be simplified to eliminate the need for additional equipment to focus the light sources unlike a conventional LED searchlight for ships; and the LED searchlight according to the present invention is thus easy to manufacture with low costs and a competitive price. Furthermore, a simple adjustment means to adjust a sloping angle for the side panels allows the easy adjustment of the focus of the light sources to ensure more convenience in using and manufacturing. |
