The present invention relates to a cooling and heating system using geothermal heat capable of improving heat exchange efficiency by changing the structure of a heat exchange pipe buried underground and including the heat exchange pipe connected to a consuming place installed on the ground by being buried underground at a predetermined depth from the ground surface and absorbing geothermal heat or emitting heat underground and a heat pump connected to the heat exchange pipe and cooling and heating the consuming place using the heat or condensation heat of geothermal water supplied through the heat exchange pipe. Uneven units are formed on the surface of the heat exchange pipe at constant intervals. The present invention is characterized by the fact that a metal material is inserted into convex portions of the uneven units at constant intervals.
