The present invention relates to an injection-molded material of thermoplastic cellulose, and a preparing method thereof, and more specifically, to a method for preparing an injection-molded material of thermoplastic cellulose to minimize and/or prevent a change on standing, and to the injection molded material prepared by the method. The preparing method comprises a hydrolysis process of substituting 80-99.99% of a substituent of the injection-molded material of thermoplastic cellulose of which the degree of substitution is 0.6-2.5 for a hydroxyl group.
