The present invention relates to an air vent for a vehicle to adjust an air discharge direction of an air vent for a supply of external air inside a vehicle at various angles, and to diffuse the discharged air. The air vent for a vehicle comprises: a nozzle housing (20) having an air passage inside; a damper (30) to open and close a rear side of the nozzle housing (20); a nozzle (40) joined and fixated to a front side of the nozzle housing (20); a plurality of blade plates (50) placed on a rear side of the support (41) of the nozzle; a knob gear (70) having a working gear (71) engaged with a connection gear (31) of the damper (30); and a dial knob (80) integrated with the knob gear (70) on the rear side through the front side of a fixated knob (60) to operate the nozzle (40) and the damper (30).
