The storage connector may be configured to rotate between a first position to hold the charging connector to the housing and a second position for insertion/removal of the charging connector. The storage connector may be configured to engage a latch on the electric vehicle charging connector to hold the charging connector to the storage connector.

A system comprising: a housing; an electric vehicle supply circuit disposed within the housing and constructed and arranged to provide power to an electric vehicle from a power source; a charging cord coupled to the electric vehicle supply circuit and extending from the housing to supply power to the electric vehicle; an electric vehicle charging connector located at an end of the charging cord to couple t the electric vehicle; and a storage connector rotatably attached to the housing at two pivot points, the storage connector including a receptacle to receive and hold the electric vehicle charging connector when the electric vehicle charging connector is not in use; wherein the storage connector is configured to rotate between a first position to facilitate a user inserting the electrical vehicle charging connector into the receptacle formed in the storage connector and a second position to facilitate a user removing the electrical vehicle charging connector from the receptacle formed in the storage connector.
