The present invention relates to a lighting device capable of implementing a line shaped light image of a desired shape by designing a pattern. The lighting device includes a light source unit which has a light source, a light guide unit which has a thickness over the height of a light emission surface of the light source and emits the incident light of the light source through a lateral side thereof, and a 3D effect forming unit which is formed on an inner side, a first side, or a second side which is opposite to the first side of the light guide unit. The 3D effect forming unit includes a plurality of patterns which are successively arranged and include inclined surfaces with a tilt angle with regard to the first side. The patterns implement the line shaped light of a first path which is orthogonal to each pattern extension direction of the patterns by inducing the light passing through the light guide unit in a first side direction which the first side faces or a second side direction which a second side faces by the refraction or the reflection of the light on the inclined surfaces. |
