Provided is a fixing device for a bone fragment of the present invention comprising: a supporting part which supports a bone fragment generated by cutting the mandible on the inner surface of a mandible; a connecting part which is connected to one side of the supporting part and protrudes to a height corresponding to the outer surface of the mandible along the cut surface of the bone fragment; and a fixing part which is connected to the connecting part and formed in a shape corresponding to the mandible around the bone fragment.
