<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for inspecting an encap film. The apparatus for inspecting an encap film comprises: a body; a stage installed in the body, wherein an attachment film formed by attaching the encap film and an organic light emitting element is secured; a lighting unit installed in the stage or the body to irradiate check light towards the attachment film secured on the stage; and a camera unit installed in the stage or the body to scan location information between one side of the encap film of the attachment film and one side of the organic light emitting element thereof. According to the present invention, it can be accurately recognized whether the organic light emitting element and the encap film composing the attachment film are attached.</p> |
