<p>Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing a stator nozzle type meta-aramid fibril. The present invention comprises: an outer casing having a dope supply groove, which supplies a meta-aramid composition, and a discharge groove, which discharges fibrilized meta-aramid to the outside; a stator fixedly installed inside the outer casing by forming a plurality of nozzle grooves which guide to discharge the meta-aramid composition supplied from the dope supply groove; a rotor having cutting blades which correspond to outlet ends of the nozzle grooves on one side which is separately arranged as spaced a certain distance apart from the stator, and arranged to be rotatable inside the outer casing by a rotation driving force of a motor; and a shaft support portion having a blocking plate which seals an aperture portion of one side of the outer casing, and supporting the rotation driving shaft, extended from the other side of the rotor, to be rotatable. The meta-aramid composition, consolidated by a counteractive agent which is supplied to a space between the stator and the rotor through the nozzle grooves of the stator and supplied inside the outer casing, is fibrilized by being ground by a friction force between the stator and the rotor. The fibrilized meta-armid is discharged to the outside through the discharge groove.</p> |
