METHOD FOR PRODUCING HIGH PURITY FERROSILICON

A method for producing ferrosilicon with high purity is disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: forming molten metal silicon by inserting silica stone and a reducing agent into a furnace, solidifying the metal silicon; and after acid treatment, removing the byproducts through stirring and micronizing the solidified metal silicon; and after dissolving, cooling the ferrosilicon by inserting an iron scrap into the metal silicon with the byproduct removed.
