An apparatus for hemming an automobile hood includes at least one first hemming unit and at least one second hemming unit. The first hemming unit performs a hemming process by bending a convex first end of a mobile hood through a roller. The second hemming unit performs a hemming process by bending a concave second end from the top side through a punch while being connected with the first end of the mobile hood.
