<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a line pipe steel plate with excellent hydrogen induced crack resistance and low-temperature toughness smoothly transfer crude oil or a gas in an environment having high content of hydrogen sulfide. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention comprises 0.03-0.06 wt% of C, 0.1-0.4 wt% of Si, 1.0-1.4 wt% of Mn, 0.01-0.05 wt% of Al, 0.008-0.05 wt% of Ti, 0.03-0.05 wt% of Nb, more than 0 wt% and no more than 0.3 wt% of Mo, more than 0 wt% and no more than 0.3 wt% of Cu, more than 0 wt% and no more than 0.3 wt% of Ni, more than 0 wt% and no more than 0.3 wt% of Cr, more than 0 and no more than 0.01 wt% of P, more than 0 wt% and no more than 0.0015 wt% of S, 0.001-0.005 wt% of N, more than 0 wt% and no more than 0.002 wt% of O, more than 0 wt% and no more than 0.00015 wt%, more than 0 wt% and no more than 0.0005 wt% of B, 0.001-0.004 wt% of Ca, and residual Fe and inevitable impurities. The present invention comprises the steps of: reheating a slab by 1050-1250 degrees of Celsius; primary rolling the reheated slab and cooling and secondary rolling the slab; and air cooling the slab after water cooling the rolled slab.</p> |
