<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medical image display control device, a method, and a program which can generate an image in which a lumen-like tissue can be accurately and efficiently observed.SOLUTION: A medical image display control device comprises: data specifying means 20 for specifying data corresponding to a large intestine from medical image data; central line setting means 21 for setting a central line of the large intestine; lumen diameter calculation means 22 for calculating an intestinal tract diameter on an in-plane orthogonal to the central line; image group generation means 23 for generating a virtual endoscopic image group consisting of a series of virtual endoscopic images based on the data corresponding to the large intestine by generating the virtual endoscopic images representing the large intestine which correspond to positions of each viewpoint when the viewpoint set on the central line is moved along the central line; and movement speed setting means 24 for setting the movement speed of the viewpoint along the central line based on the calculated intestinal tract diameter at the movement position of the viewpoint when displaying the series of virtual endoscopic images generated in accordance with the movement positions of the viewpoint which moves along the central line.</p> |
