PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter unit which inhibits air bubbles from remaining when a liquid is pressurized and injected from the upstream side, and to provide a liquid jet head and a liquid jet device.SOLUTION: A filter unit 30 includes liquid passages 100 in which an ink circulates and a filter chamber 83 forming a part of the liquid passages 100, and the ink is pressurized to be injected to the filter chamber 83. The filter unit 30 includes: a filter unit body 33 and a second lid member 32 which have the liquid passages 100 and form the filter chamber 83; and a filter 101 disposed in the filter chamber 83. A protrusion part 92 is provided at an area of the second lid member which faces the filter 101. The protrusion part 92 is provided between a supply port 85 of the ink supplied to the filter chamber 83 and a discharge port 86 of the ink discharged from the filter chamber 83 in a plan view of the filter 101.
