<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator, even when an application of a voltage is stopped after deformation, capable of maintaining a state after the deformation.SOLUTION: In an actuator, an extending/retracting drive section 13 is configured such that, when a voltage is not applied on electrode layers 1, 2, a middle part of one side is warped so as to expand on a front side or a rear side in a depth direction and two sides different from the one side are fixed respectively, and when a voltage is applied on the electrode layers 1, 2 from a state where a voltage is not applied on the electrode layers 1, 2, the middle part is warped to a side reverse to the warp in the state where a voltage is not applied on the electrode layers 1, 2. Accordingly, even when an application of a voltage is stopped after deformation, a state after the deformation can be maintained.</p> |
