<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of unnecessary deformation of a collector terminal.SOLUTION: A secondary battery comprises: an electrode body 20 having a positive pole core body and negative pole core body and provided at both its ends with a positive pole core body exposure part 22 and a negative pole core body exposure part 24 respectively; a positive pole collector terminal 30 welded to the positive pole core body exposure part; and a negative pole collector terminal 40 welded to the negative pole core body exposure part. Annular grooves 33, 36, 43, and 46 are provided on both sides of the positive pole collector terminal and both sides of the negative pole collector terminal and in positions surrounding weld parts formed by welding. The annular grooves 33, 36 provided on both sides of the positive pole collector terminal has a first straight line part extending along the longitudinal direction of the positive pole collector terminal. The annular grooves 43, 46 provided on both sides of the negative pole collector terminal has a second straight line part extending along the longitudinal direction of the negative pole collector terminal.</p> |
