<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable X-ray generator in which bubbles generated in insulation oil provided for cooling are reliably captured and which has high heat dissipation properties and high pressure resistant performance.SOLUTION: In an X-ray generator including a bubble chamber for reserving bubbles in insulation oil, at the inside of a housing container, the inner surface of the bubble chamber has a region having a larger contact angle with the insulation oil than the inner surface of the housing container at the outside of the bubble chamber.</p> |
