PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ovarian cancer marker glycoprotein having high sensibility and specificity, capable of discriminating easily from endometriosis, and to provide a detection method of ovarian cancer using the same.SOLUTION: In an ovarian cancer marker, which is a marker comprising a glycoprotein containingαchains in complement factor 4 binding proteins, at least one of theαchains has at least one N binding type sugar chain, and at least one of the N binding type sugar chains contains the same number of the number of galactose and the number of sialic acid.
