Disclosed is a system for reducing the chattering of a pinch roll. For the purpose, the present invention comprises: a first speedometer installed on the rear of a finishing rolling mill to measure the speed of a strip; and a pinch roll control part for receiving the speed of the strip measured by the first speedometer and adjusting the rotating speed of a pinch roll so that the speed of the strip moved by the pinch roll can coincide with the speed of the strip measured by the first speedometer.
