The present invention relates to a system and a method for producing a sustained-release fertilizer by adsorbing ammonia to zeolite, wherein the ammonia is generated by adsorbing and heating ammonium ions in industrial waste water including high concentration ammonium fluoride. The system according to the present invention comprises: an ammonium ion adsorbing unit for adsorbing ammonium ions (NH_4^+) to ammonium adsorbed zeolite in industrial waste water including ammonium fluoride (NH_4F) having concentration of 30% or more; an ammonia adsorbing unit installed adjacent to the ammonium ion adsorbing unit, and generating adsorbed zeolite by heating ammonium ion saturated zeolite provided from the ammonium ion adsorbing unit; and a sustained-release fertilizer generating unit installed adjacent to the ammonia adsorbing unit, and generating the ammonia adsorbed zeolite generated by the ammonia adsorbing unit as a sustained-release fertilizer. |
