<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a solid fuel in a combustion type using a synthetic resin waste and sludge, and a solid fuel realized thereby. According to the present invention, dried sludge of stream or dam, cashew nuts foil powder, and cocoa husk powder are mixed in a finely crushed vinyl waste and uniformly stirred, the mixture is heated and melted, and the melted mixture is molded to form the fuel in a desired shape. The solid fuel of the present invention is manufactured by using all kinds of synthetic resin wastes and the vinyl waste, the sludge of the stream or dam, etc. which are treated as waste, thereby minimizing environmental contamination caused by the synthetic resin wastes and the sludge. Accordingly, the solid fuel realized by the present invention has high calories and also enables to minimize generation of a secondary waste after combustion.</p> |
