<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a communications system controls the call connection between a first terminal and a second terminal having one or more virtual numbers. The communications system includes: a call processing server which establishes the call connection between the first terminal and the second terminal in response to a call connection request received from the first terminal; and an information processing server which extracts the ringtone and call comment corresponding to the virtual number of the second terminal included in the call connection request according to a request from the call processing server, outputs the ringtone to the first terminal, outputs the call comment to the second terminal, and blocks the voice transmission between the first terminal and the second terminal until at least one of the ringtone output operation and the call comment output operation is completed.</p> |
