An organic light emitting diode (OLED) device containing organic compounds comprises: a light emitting layer between a positive electrode and a negative electrode; and at least one organic layer between the positive electrode and the light emitting layer, wherein the organic layer contains organic compounds represented by the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R_1-R_4 are independently one selected from the group consisting of alkyl group, alkoxy group, cyano group, trifluoromethyl group, trifluoromethoxy group, halogen and trimethylsilyl group; X_1 is substituted or unsubstituted C1-C12 aryl compound or hetero compound; and X_2 and X_3 are independently one selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 aryl compound, hetero compound, and aryl-amine compound.
