PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a display device capable of reducing power dissipation while suppressing deterioration in image quality.SOLUTION: A display device includes a display section having a plurality of unit pixels and a drive section for driving a first drive, a second drive, and a third drive in order for each unit pixel. Respective first and second drives include initialization drive, writing drive of a pixel voltage, and light emission drive based on the pixel voltage written by the writing drive. Part of the series of drive ranging over the initialization drive, writing drive, and light emission drive is different from each other between the first and second drives. The third drive includes the light emission drive based on the pixel voltage written by the writing drive in the second drive. |
