<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device for a compressor in which heat radiation efficiency of a semiconductor element is good and whose price is cheap.SOLUTION: A electronic circuit device for a compressor includes: a printed circuit board 4 on which a semiconductor element 11 which generates heat by electric conduction is mounted; a storage box 3 in which the printed circuit board is arranged; and a lid 14 which closes an opening part of the storage box. The lid 14 is made of a metal plate having good heat conduction, and the lid 14 is configured so that a part is brought into thermal contact with the semiconductor as a heat sink part 15. Thereby, without using a heat sink having a special structure dedicated for a semiconductor element, the heat of the semiconductor element is directly conducted to the lid, dispersed on the whole surface and the heat can be efficiently radiated to the outside. Also, the electronic circuit device for a compressor can be provided at a cheap price without requiring the heat sink member dedicated for the element mounted on the semiconductor element.</p> |
