PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of verticality and linearity of sheath pipes in accordance with weight saving of the sheath pipes.SOLUTION: A device holds sheath pipes 3, 4 which are vertically built in a PC building frame 1 to be constructed by a slip form construction method, and joined according to rise of frame molds 11, 12 and a form timbering 20, comprises a plurality of guides which are supported by the form timbering 20, and position the sheath pipe 4 at a plurality of points distant from one another in a vertical direction, in which the plurality of guides comprise: upper stage guides 110 which are the uppermost guides, and whose positions in horizontal directions are fixed; and intermediate stage guides 120 which are lower guides than the uppermost guides, and provided with adjustment mechanisms for adjusting their positions in the horizontal directions.
