<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide belt device capable of conveying a loading object such as a powder material or a granular material in a planar form with a prescribed, thin and uniform thickness; and to pursue the economical efficiency of the device.SOLUTION: A belt body having a prescribed width in a chain belt conveyor system having a prescribed machine length is formed in such a way that: slats of aluminum or steel with a prescribed width, for example, are provided between left and right chains without gaps or with gaps so as to be arranged in parallel; and at least two long fitting grooves are provided on each slat. In addition, a seal rubber is provided in such a way that: an intermediate part in the width direction of the seal rubber is provided in a form such as an upward-curved semicircular form or a V-shaped form so as to be capable of being expanded and contacted by change in shape; and fitting ribs are provided in a longer direction at both width ends of the seal rubber to join both of the seal rubber and each slat together. Thus, there is formed a gap-free conveyor belt capable of continuously rotatably traveling.</p> |
