PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain guard electric opening/closing device for an automobile capable of installing a rain guard having sufficient width and drawing length when getting on/off the automobile during rainfall time from the inside or the outside of the automobile and capable of storing a sheet in a case when not used and detachably and firmly installing the sheet in the automobile.SOLUTION: A rain guard electric opening/closing device 1 for an automobile is set to have a structure in which a storage case 11 installed with sheet winding means 2 for winding a rain guard sheet 3 and a driving device 7 therein can be detachably and firmly installed in the automobile, be smoothly used and be stored by an exclusive mounting member and a fall prevention device by a sheet holding mechanism 4 for horizontally holding the rain guard sheet 3 and force of a spring 41 for horizontally storing or taking out the sheet holding mechanism 4 and the rain guard sheet 3.
