<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire valve ID registration system capable of efficiently registering a tire valve ID for one's own vehicle in a receiver.SOLUTION: A TPMS receiver collects valve IDs which can be received in a provisional registration period N of a first phase as candidate valve IDs for one's own vehicle. The TPMS receiver, by confirming whether candidate IDs can be received again in official registration periods M, L ... in a subsequent second phase and phases thereafter, narrows down the candidate IDs, and determines specific valve IDs as valve IDs for the one's own vehicle. When the valve IDs for the one's own vehicle are specified by repeatedly operating the phases, and are registered in the TPMS receiver, an interruption period R in which an ID registration operation is temporarily interrupted is provided between the two continuous phases.</p> |
