<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion processing apparatus and an ion processing method that use a proper amount of a precipitation agent to reduce the amount thereof to be used, and recover a high-purity ionic substance.SOLUTION: An ion processing apparatus includes: an adsorbent vessel 2 loaded with an adsorbent for adsorbing ions, in which the adsorbent having adsorbed the ions is brought into contact with a desorption liquid to desorb the ions from the adsorbent to the desorption liquid; a precipitation tank 4 in which a hydroxide of a polyvalent metal is added to the desorption liquid containing the desorbed ions to precipitate a metal salt of the ion; a solid/liquid separator 7 for separating the metal salt from the desorption liquid; and pulverizing means 6 for pulverizing a precipitation containing the metal salt.</p> |
