The present invention relates to a dual-acting electronic pump capable of improving a sucking force and discharging force when pumping by increasing an electromagnetic force of electromagnets and securing a water amount to be discharged while having a simple structure. The dual-acting electronic pump is characterized by including a housing having an internal space; a first electromagnet arranged on one side of the housing; a second electromagnet arranged on the other side of the housing and having a polarity different from that of the first electromagnet; a piston installed inside the internal space to move and having a permanent magnet partitioning the internal space into a first space in a first electromagnet side and a second space in a second electromagnet side; a first suction port installed in the first space and sucking the fluid from outside in case of a negative pressure; a second suction port installed in the second space and sucking the fluid from outside in case of a negative pressure; a third suction port installed in the second space and sucking a fluid from outside in case of a negative pressure; a first discharge port installed inside the first space and discharging the internal fluid in case of a positive pressure; and a second discharge port installed inside the second space and discharging the internal fluid in case of a positive pressure. The first and second electromagnets are characterized by changing polarities to reciprocate the piston.
