摘要 The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organic electroluminescent device having a touch screen, capable of reducing manufacturing costs by decreasing the number of components and forming a thin and lightweight film. The present invention provides the organic electroluminescent device having a touch screen and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic electroluminescent device comprises: a first substrate wherein a display area including a plurality of pixel areas and a non-display area outside the display area are defined; an organic electroluminescent diode included in the display area; a plurality of first pads included in the non-display area of the first substrate and a plurality of second pads which are separated from the first pads; a second substrate which corresponds with the first substrate; first and second touch electrodes which are included in the display area of the second substrate; a plurality of touch pads which are included in the non-display area of the second substrate and are formed to be overlapped by facing the second pad one by one; a first bonding layer which is able to expose the first and second pads by being placed between the first and second substrates; and a pad contact hole which passes through the touch pad and the first bonding layer from the outer side of the first substrate and is formed in a type capable of exposing the second pad. A conduction unit capable of applying an electric current to each touch pad and the second pad facing the touch pad is included inside the pad contact hole.
