<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric multilayer film which is highly durable and can maintain good flexibility and adhesion.SOLUTION: A dielectric multilayer film of the present invention has dielectric multiple layers comprising at least one each of a low refractive index layer and high refractive index layer laminated together and an adhesive layer, where at least one of the high refractive index layer and low refractive index layer contains a water-soluble polymer and a photocatalytic compound. The adhesion layer has an initial light transmittance Tof 30% or less at a wavelength of 280-410 nm, and a rate of change from the initial light transmittance Tto a light transmittance Tat the wavelength of 280-410 nm, measured after being continuously irradiated for 2000 hours from the adhesive layer side with light from a carbon-arc lamp set at an irradiance of 255 W/min an environment with a temperature of 40°C and humidity of 50%RH, is no more than 5%.</p> |
