<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a footrest (41), whose height or the like is adjustable without machining a chair (1), attachable to and detachable from an existing chair (1) having four legs without a footrest.SOLUTION: The footrest (41) is fixed by holding the legs of a chair (1) between side panels (51 and 52) through rubber/gel etc., and by fastening with nuts (54) in a height adjustable state after the installation. In addition, for the purpose of stably installing the footrest (41), an auxiliary leg (71) and an adjuster (72) are made attachable/detachable with any combination in accordance with the height and the like of a user.
