PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a fluid tank which utilizes a space at the rear side of a fender and thereby enables the fluid tank to be safely mounted.SOLUTION: A mounting structure 1 of a fluid tank mounted on a vehicle includes: a fender 31 attached to a sill 23 supporting a floor surface of the vehicle; and a fluid tank 51 mounted on a rear side surface of the fender 31. Further, in the fluid tank 51, a tank front surface part 56 facing the fender 31 has a shape formed along shapes of rear part sides 34, 35 of the fender 31.
