PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method and an inspection device of a heat exchange unit capable of accurately evaluating a size of a peeled portion of a fire-proof part peeled from a heat exchange unit.SOLUTION: The inspection method of a heat exchange unit includes: a vibrational excitation step of applying an impact to a fire-proof part; a vibration measurement step of measuring vibrations generated at an inspection object area of the fire-proof part; a natural vibration frequency analysis step of acquiring a natural vibration frequency of the inspection object area of the fire-proof part based on a measurement result of the vibration measurement step; an attenuation parameter analysis step of acquiring a parameter relating to the attenuation of the vibrations generated at the inspection object area of the fire-proof part based on the measurement result of the vibration measurement step; and a determination step of determining the peeling-off of the fire-proof part from the heat exchange unit in the inspection object area of the fire-proof part based on the natural frequency vibration acquired at the natural vibration frequency analysis step and the parameter relating to the attenuation acquired by the attenuation parameter analysis step. |
