PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for discriminating an empty storage part of a tablet sheet.SOLUTION: The tablet takeout device for taking out a tablet from a storage part of a tablet sheet that has a plurality of storage parts for storing tablets, includes: reading means for reading information recorded in the tablet sheet; selection means for selecting a storage part from which a tablet is taken out, on the basis of the information; and takeout means for taking out the tablet from the storage part selected by the selection means.
