PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die cushion force control method and a die cushion device, that can improve a response lag of a die cushion force without changing a die cushion standby position upward.SOLUTION: A die cushion force control method, which enables a servo motor to be driven on the basis of a preset die cushion force command B to make a die cushion pad generate a die cushion force, comprises: a step of making the die cushion pad stand by at a predetermined standby position that is a die cushion force action start-scheduled position; and a step of outputting the die cushion force command B to preliminarily compress the cushion pad. |
