PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a frozen food product fried in bread crumbs, retaining the crisp texture of the batter coating even after thawing; a frozen food product fried in bread crumbs produced by the manufacturing method; and a thawed product of the same.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a frozen food product fried in bread crumbs includes the following steps (a) and (b): (a) sequentially attaching a flour containing grain flour, starch and gelatin; a batter liquid including a batter mix, mannan and water; and bread crumbs to an ingredient, and oil-frying the whole; and (b) freezing the food product fried in bread crumbs obtained in the step (a). |
