PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to quickly grasp an action state of a moving body in an area that a user is interested in within a monitoring area.SOLUTION: An action map analysis apparatus which analyzes an action state of a moving body in a monitoring area and outputs an action map by visualizing the action state of the moving body includes: a moving body detecting section 33 which detects a moving body from an image formed by capturing the monitoring area; a first action value acquisition section 41 which acquires a moving body action value, for each pixel, on the basis of a result detected by the moving body detecting section; a target area setting section which sets a target area in the monitoring area, according to user input operation; a second action value acquisition section 42 which integrates the moving body action values acquired for each pixel in the first action value acquisition section, for the target area, to acquire a moving body action value of the target area; and a map generation section 35 which generates an action map on the target area, on the basis of the moving body action value of the target area acquired in the second action value acquisition section. |
