PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce warm water for hot water supply without degrading air-conditioning performance in cooling and heating.SOLUTION: A refrigerant circuit (21) is provided with: a refrigerant/water heat exchanger (62) on the discharge side of a compressor (22); and a supercooling water heat exchanger (63) intervening between two expansion valves (25, 26). In a cooling cycle, a water circuit (61) can circulate a water medium so that it flows from the supercooling water heat exchanger (63) to the refrigerant/water heat exchanger (62) and then is stored in a hot water storage tank (64) again. In a heating cycle, the water circuit (61) can circulate the water medium so that it flows to the supercooling water heat exchanger (63) and then is stored in the hot water storage tank (64) again. |
