PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to reduction of management cost (including the paging cost) of a mobile terminal in which downlink traffic is generated frequently while staying in the idle state.SOLUTION: Network nodes (100, 200, or 300) determines the expiration period of idle inactivity time (101 or 301) used for determining the state transition of a mobile terminal (300) from the connected state to the idle state, based on the frequency of occurrence of downlink traffic addressed to the mobile terminal (300) while staying in the idle state. |
