PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an optimal output level without depending upon an installation environment.SOLUTION: An information processing device 10 controls a first reader-writer device 20 and a second reader-writer device 30, a first measurement part 11 measures the number of processes performed by the first reader-writer device 20 and a first radio tag 40 within a predetermined time in a first measurement environment in which a radio wave of a predetermined output level is outputted from a first antenna 21 and a radio wave is not outputted from a second antenna 31, a second measurement part 12 measures the number of first radio processes in a second measurement environment in which the radio wave of the predetermined output level is outputted from the first antenna 21 and a radio wave of a predetermined output level is outputted from the second antenna 31, and a determination part 13 determines the existence/absence of influence by a communication failure due to second radio communication to the first radio processes executed in the second measurement environment on the basis of difference between a measurement result of the first measurement part and a measurement result of the second measurement part. |
