PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound signal processing method, a sound signal processor, and a program that can extract any musical instrument sound by simple processing without using a template.SOLUTION: A bass drum processing unit 21 includes: a sound production position information acquisition unit 21a that acquires sound production position information which indicates a sound production position of a bass drum included in a music; a search section specification unit 21b that specifies a search section for searching for a sound production section of the bass drum on the basis of the acquired sound production position information; an extraction unit 21d that extracts an amplitude value at a predetermined position of the search section; and a first processing unit 21e that subtracts the amplitude value extracted by the extraction unit 21d from sound data included in the search section.
