The invention pertains to a remote consultation system that informs the user about the authenticity of a commercial service or product. This system is based on the reading of a code adhered to the product to be consumed or it will be provided in an individual form to the client of a service. The code is sent to a server for performing a remote search with the help of a mobile device that uses a novel application previously installed, a SMS text or a phone call, this remote consultation being performed with the help of a data base installed in a remote server.
