According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method to manufacture a metal mesh comprises: an imprint unit forming a pattern groove on a resist spread on a substrate; and an electrode material filling unit having a trans roll which rotates on the surfaces of the resist, and fills an electrode material in the pattern groove.
