The present invention relates to a ginseng steaming apparatus for preventing saponin loss and, more specifically, to a ginseng steaming apparatus for preventing saponin loss, including a water tank connected to a lower side of a housing having a ginseng holding part therein, where the ginseng is steamed by steam made by heating stored water in the water tank or by heating water through a heat wire, and the steam is supplied to an air flowing pipe formed in water, thereby heating air by taking heat out of the water while discharging the heated air to the inside of the housing, maintaining uniform air in the housing while discharging saturated steam to the outside through an air discharging part when the housing is full of saturated steam and preventing condensed water from contacting the ginseng. |
