The present invention relates to a method for welding resistance spot of galvanized steel, and more specifically, to a method for welding resistance spot of galvanized steel, which can be applied to a steel sheet for hot press molding. The method for welding resistance spot of galvanized steel comprises the steps of: i) pressurizing an electrode to the galvanized steel, and touching the electrode to the galvanized steel; ii) executing current carrying after the electrode touches the galvanized steel; iii) cooling the galvanized steel after the current carrying is completed; iv) executing current carrying after cooling is completed; and v) applying welding force to the electrode after the current carrying is completed.
